Action Chapel Virginia, was established in 2007 in Alexandria Virginia and is growing into a dynamic, international ministry, touching the nations through preaching, prayer, discipleship, teaching, small groups, deliverance meetings, focus on the family, and conferences, under the leadership of the Presiding Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, Presiding Bishop Dr. Kibby Otoo and First Lady Elsie Otoo.
